Cancellation & Refund
1. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation requests are accepted immediately after placing the order.
• Requests may not be accepted if the order is already processed for shipping.
• Perishable items (flowers, eatables, etc.) cannot be canceled, but refunds/replacements are possible for quality issues.
2. Damaged or Defective Products:
• Report damaged/defective items to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
• The issue will be verified before further action.
3. Mismatch or Quality Issues:
• If the product doesn’t match expectations, report to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.

4. Products with Manufacturer Warranty:
• Direct warranty-related issues to the manufacturer.
5. Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 days.

How do I make payment
